I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to visit our website here at R & I Pools, LLC. My name is Nick Rizzo and I am your certified pool technician and certified pool inspector. I was a licensed home inspector in the state of New Jersey as well. I have always enjoyed tools and working with my hands. I have done projects for companies over the years such as installing surveillance systems, smart systems and general repairs of the facilities.
I spent some time in college studying Biology, but realized it just wasn’t for me. I spent 5 years in customer service at a variety of companies. After working my way up the chain quickly, I became a store manager of a pharmacy, where I was the youngest store manager in the district.
After the pandemic, I wanted to pivot my career into a different direction. I love pools! I love everything about them. Growing up, we always took care of our pool at home. I was backwashing and cleaning skimmer baskets since I was 12 years old! I got back to my roots of working with my hands and found a way to blend my past experiences into what is now R & I Pools, LLC
Through my customer service skills, having a pool my whole life, and the technical knowledge of pools and my certifications, we hope at R & I Pools, LLC that we can be your pool company. I have such a passion to deliver the best experience possible for my clients and I love working with them. My belief of 100% honesty and transparency with my clients is one of my core values. With a strong customer service background, I also really appreciate the connections I get to build with my clients. Owning a pool and/or spa can be overwhelming alone! Do not let the pools and/or spa ownership overwhelm you because we are here to make it easier and less of a hassel.
